Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, giving staff time to prepare rooms after departing guests. Check-out is required by 12:00 PM, though late departures may be arranged with advance notice and subject to availability.
Identification & Age Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in. The minimum age for registering is 18 years.
Deposits & Payments
The hotel may request a deposit or credit card authorization at the time of arrival to cover incidentals. Gala dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve carry an additional mandatory fee, charged per guest.
Cancellation Policy
Most bookings allow for free cancellation up to a set deadline, typically 48–72 hours before arrival, depending on the rate plan chosen. Non-refundable rates are charged in full. Travelers should confirm cancellation terms at the time of booking.
Smoking Policy
The property operates with designated smoking areas. Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not permitted.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed at Hotel Casamara. Service animals, however, are accommodated with prior notice.
